Work on the car is going to slow down, but for a great reason. My 2nd child, Katelyn was born on Saturday July 17th, weighing in at 10 lbs. Mom and baby are doing great.

I ordered a bunch of stuff from Finish-Line...

Rubber gaskets for the winshield trim rings.
Rubber grommets for the front quick jack holes.
Oil cooler hole screens
"Powered by Ford" side emblems
Rear License Plate Bracket

I still need a few more things...

New shiter knob (The black plastic one looks really cheap)
Hood and trunk emblems (can't decide if I want cobra ones, or the Factory Five logo ones)
Floor Mats (I know I should get them, but they are so darn expensive, maybe I'll make some)
Seat belt bezels.
Looks like my file server is back up.

I'm in the process of painting the door hinges and re-installing them. Then I need to paint the hood hoop.

Random list of things left to do
1) Body work, paint, chrome and ceramic coating.
2) Fit the trunk, reinstall the trunk latch
3) Finish Fitting the hood
4) Fit and trim the doors
5) Fit the door latches and strike plates.
6) Tighten down a bunch of stuff, like the exhaust hanger bolts (need to trim first), fuse box mounting bolts, lock tite the wind wings and visors.
7) Install the side view mirror
8) Door check straps
9) Carpet
10) Title, Registration, Insurance
11) Properly install the trim rings on the front headlights. There is a screw that mounts underneath, that I can't find and I can't get the trim ring to line up.
12) Order the side emblems ("Powered by ford"), maybe the oil cooler vent screens, definately the license plate bracket. Maybe hood hood and trunk emblems, maybe seat belt bezels.
13) Intall the tranny speedo cable clamp thing. Need to look at this more closely to see where it is.
14) Install the trim rings and boots for the shifter and the e-brake handle.
15) Alignment
16) Clean the garage! heh
17) Windshield trim ring

My file hosting I have at work is down, so all the images don't work. In the mean time, I played with some image editing software and colorized the most recent picture of the car.

I drilled and tapped holes to mount the wind wings.

I got the visors installed. Of course, they just didn't fit right away. The two counter sunk screw holes on the mounting bracket didn't line up with the screw holes on the windshield. So, I ovaled out the holes, and got them fitted.

I looked at the wind wings to install those, I need to drill some holes on the winshield frame to install them.

I started installing the door latches and strike plates. Looks like I need to do some "adjusting" to get them to fit as well.

Seats and seat belts are bolted in.

The hood is coming along. It needs some more tweaking for a perfect fit. Although, at this point I'm leaning towards letting the body work guys handle it.

I installed the under dash support aluminum. It is rivited to the bottom of the dash, and I used self tapping screws into the 2x2 frame rail. This makes a huge difference in how sturdy the dash feels. I attached the radiator fan switch to one (under the steering wheel, on the left in the picture). I attached the DC outlet to the other.

I picked up some diodes today, and finished all the wiring behind the dash. I also fixed the 3 turn signal lights that came with the wires hooked up backwards. I tightened down the ground and fuel level sender feed on the fuel level guage, and that appears to have fixed one of my fuel gauge problems. The other problem is when I drive the guage goes all over the place.

For now it appears that all the wiring is DONE!
